Rich Herchenreder

Rich Herchenreder, CIA, CISA, MBA, CDPSE, is an experienced professional in auditing and customer service. Currently serving as a Field Auditor for the Office of Auditor Diana DiZoglio since April 2025, Rich contributes to performance audits for numerous departments and agencies across Massachusetts. Additionally, Rich has held roles such as Deli Clerk at Big Y World Class Market since July 2016, engaging with diverse customers. Previous experience includes serving as an Audit Consultant at M&M Consulting, LLC from September 2018 to September 2024, and at MassMutual Financial Group from May 1996 to December 2017, where foundational skills in internal auditing were developed. Rich holds an MBA from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts along with a BA in Business Administration and an Associate of Science in Business Management from the same institution and Greenfield Community College, respectively.
