Michel Avigliano

Michel Avigliano is an experienced executive in real estate and engineering, currently serving as Vice President at Metro Inc. since March 2023, where responsibilities include transforming the company's real estate footprint across its food and pharmacy network and overseeing capital planning and store development. Prior to this role, Michel held the position of Regional Lead/Vice President of Real Estate at Walmart Canada from April 2018 to March 2023, leading a team to manage real estate matters and support the delivery of new developments. Michel's extensive career also includes leadership positions at Hopewell Development, Loblaw Companies Limited, and Sobeys, with a focus on retail leasing, site acquisitions, and strategic planning.
