Paul Dubé

Paul Dubé has extensive work experience in health and safety roles. Paul was the Director of Health and Safety at Metro Inc. since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Health Safety Manager at Cirque du Soleil from June 2017 to November 2019, and as the National Manager of Health and Safety at Air Liquide Canada from June 2016 to June 2017. Before transitioning to health and safety, Paul held various roles at BOMBARDIER, including HR Leader for Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation from March 2012 to May 2016, and HSE Manager from August 2000 to March 2012.

Paul Dubé holds a Masters degree in Occupational Medicine from the Université de Montréal, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their BSc in Biology from the same university from 1988 to 1992. In addition to their academic qualifications, Paul has certifications including being a Safe Start Certified Trainer from SafeStart, an ISO 9001 Certified Auditor, and a Certified Fall Arrest Equipment Inspector from Sulowski Fall Protection (FallPro).
