Rakesh Ravindran

Rakesh Ravindran has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rakesh currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at METRO Wholesale India, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, Rakesh worked at Unilever for several roles and held various leadership positions, including Director & GM HR - South Asia, Head - People Experience & COE for India & Nepal, Integration Lead for People Experience & Practices, and HR & ER Business Partner. Rakesh has successfully led teams and managed budgets, with a focus on transforming employee experience, implementing digital solutions, and driving initiatives related to future workplace practices. Rakesh also has experience in project management, HR transformation, rewards delivery, and recruitment. Before joining Unilever, they worked as an HR Assistant at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech and as a Rewards Analyst at Unilever.

Rakesh Ravindran holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), a Masters in Commerce (MCom) from Pune University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Mumbai.
