Prior to this role, Chad held the position of Senior Survey Party Chief at Atwell, LLC from 2000 to 2009 and worked as a Survey Party Chief at Central Engineering Inc. from 1998 to 2000. Chad began the surveying career as an Instrument Operator at M. Freels Surveying from 1995 to 1998 and previously gained experience as a Field Crew Member during internship periods at R.G. Rudolph Surveying from 1989 to 1995. Chad's educational background includes studies at The University of Toledo from 1993 to 1996.
