Kara Mancini has extensive experience in the finance and event management sectors. Currently serving as the Learning & Development Operations Manager at Metro Credit Union since January 2021, Kara has progressed through various roles including Training & Development Partner, Sales & Service Supervisor, and Branch Supervisor. Prior to this, Kara worked at Worcester Credit Union as a Financial Services Representative, providing valuable assistance to members regarding financial products and services. Kara's experience at DCU Center included roles such as Group Sales & Premium Seating Coordinator, Box Office Supervisor, and Box Office Ticket Seller, focusing on group ticket sales and customer service. Earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Associate at Follett Higher Education. Kara holds a diploma from Worcester Technical High School, graduating in 2011.
