Fiona Curtis has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as Kitchen Manager and FOH Key at Metro Diner since January 2018, after progressing through various roles from Host to Server, Expo, and training in Cook and BOH positions. Prior to this, Fiona held the position of Shift Leader at Jersey Mike's Subs and completed a Transportation Planning Internship at GWRC/FAMPO, where key projects were managed. Earlier experience includes groundskeeping at Holy Angels Parish and working as a Fitness Center Employee at the University of Mary Washington. Fiona holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington, completed in 2016, and graduated from Ursuline Academy in 2010.
