Evan Rosenberg

Evan Rosenberg is a seasoned professional in construction management and business development, currently serving as Senior Director of Construction Management at Los Angeles Metro since August 2024. Previously, Evan held various roles at SRECTrade, Inc., including Director of Strategy & Business Development and Senior Manager of Business Development from October 2020 to August 2024. Prior experience at Los Angeles Metro spanned nearly eight years, during which Evan advanced from Environmental Specialist to Manager of Transportation Planning. Additional experience includes a tenure as Policy Analyst at the Environmental Defense Center and an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives. Evan Rosenberg holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, along with Project Management and Sustainability certifications from UCLA Extension.
