James Pachan

James Pachan is a seasoned transportation executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Officer at Los Angeles Metro since July 2017, James previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at AC Transit from June 2012 to October 2021. Additionally, James served as the Director of TAP Technology for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority from May 2008 to July 2012. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations, both obtained from California State University, Northridge.
