Ryan Montoya

Ryan Montoya is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in customer information and management roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Communications and Customer Information at Los Angeles Metro since October 2016, Ryan previously held the position of Communications Manager at the same organization. Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Clinical Research Associate at QT Medical, Inc. from August 2015 to October 2016, and as Communications Manager at Yes Man Watches from January 2012 to August 2015. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of San Diego and is pursuing a Master of Science in Transportation Management at San José State University, expected to be completed in December 2025.
