Steve Peschman

Steve Peschman worked as a Director of Operations at Solidify Manufacturing starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they were an Operations Manager at TE Connectivity from April 2020 to July 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Imperial Plastics, Inc, including Plant Manager from August 2017 to April 2020 and Manufacturing Engineering Manager from October 2016 to August 2017. Steve also worked at Honeywell Aerospace, where they served as a New Product Development Product Engineer from June 2013 to October 2016 and as a Process Engineer from June 2012 to June 2013.

Steve Peschman attended Dakota County Technical College from 2006 to 2011, earning their A.A.S in Nanoscience Technology. Steve then went on to attend the University of Minnesota from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained their B.Sc in Materials Science Engineering.
