Christopher Blackmon

Christopher Blackmon is a multifaceted music educator and entrepreneur with extensive experience in both educational and creative sectors. As the Business Owner of Chords & Voices, LLC since August 2021, Christopher has fostered an engaging environment for music instruction focusing on piano, guitar, and vocal skills. Christopher has also been a Music Specialist at Metro Nashville Public Schools since January 2009, teaching general music to K-4th grade students. Previous roles include Foundational Contributing Writer-Producer at QuaverEd, Creative Director at Arrow Mark Media, and Shift Supervisor at UPS, showcasing a diverse skill set in both music and management. Christopher's early career also includes serving as a Youth and Children's Pastor and assisting in financial management at First American Bank. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Education from Trevecca Nazarene University and a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Composition from The Ohio State University.
