Ra'Shaun McAllister

Ra'Shaun McAllister is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Innovation at Metro Nashville Public Schools since September 2020. Prior to this role, Ra'Shaun worked at Western Express as a Logistics Coordinator and a Recruiting Specialist, where responsibilities included managing freight logistics, maintaining customer records, and screening potential drivers across the U.S. Ra'Shaun's earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Client Services Specialist at UBS, an Eligibility Specialist at Cigna Healthspring, and a Sales Representative at Dillards. Ra'Shaun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 2011 and 2013.
