Susan Kessler

Susan Kessler is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Principal of Hunters Lane High School at Metro Nashville Public Schools since July 2003. Kessler has previously held the role of Parenting Expert on the Steve Harvey Daytime Talk Show from June 2012 to June 2017 and worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Phoenix, teaching communications and leadership courses. Prior to these roles, Kessler was a Principal at Williamson County Schools and served as a Middle School Teacher at Metro Nashville Public Schools. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Education in Secondary School Administration from Vanderbilt University, along with a Specialist Ed.S. and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the same institution, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University.
