Dayna Roberts has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Dayna began their career at CRS Recruit as a Para Consultant in 2004. In 2006, they joined Fletcher Building as a Recruitment Coordinator and later took on roles as a Recruitment Consultant and Sourcing Consultant. At Fletcher Building, Dayna was responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various industries and also worked on projects such as graduate recruitment and global business transformation. In 2014, they joined Metro Performance Glass as a Talent Sourcing Specialist before being promoted to OD & Talent Manager and ultimately HR Director. Overall, Dayna Roberts has a strong background in recruitment, talent sourcing, and HR management in both national and international contexts.

MPG operates from more than 20 sites in New Zealand and Australia, including four NZ and three Australian manufacturing sites that and are responsible for producing a range of customised glass products that are predominantly used in residential and non-residential construction applications such as windows, doors, internal partitions, balustrades, showers, mirrors, furniture and splashbacks.
