Maksym Zavadin

Maksym Zavadin is an experienced professional in project management and operations, currently serving as the Head of PMO Construction at METRO PROPERTIES since January 2022. Prior to this role, Maksym held various positions at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry from December 2005 to January 2022, including Head of Technical Operation, Regional Manager, Store Manager, and Floor Manager. Maksym began the career as Head of Sales Force at Apex, a distributor of P&G in Luhansk, from January 2003 to December 2005, and started in the agro industry at ROSA agro, where responsibilities included managing staff and agricultural processes from September 2000 to May 2003. Education includes a degree in Economics for Business and Management from East Ukrainian State University (2010-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Automobile and Transport Management from the same institution (1992-1997).
