Annalyn Conde

Annalyn Conde has extensive experience in merchandise planning and business process management, currently serving as the Head of Merchandise Planning and Control and Head of Business Process Management at Metro Retail Stores Group, Inc. since August 2017. In these roles, Annalyn oversees operational management and governance of business processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's corporate strategy and managing interdependent projects within retail process clusters. Previously, Annalyn held senior positions in planning and business intelligence, where responsibilities included leading merchandise planning operations, implementing analytical applications, and ensuring profitability through optimal inventory management. Annalyn's career at Metro Retail spans nearly two decades, starting as a Senior Systems Analyst and progressing to senior management roles. Annalyn holds a Master's Degree in Management from the University of the Philippines in the Visayas and a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Cebu Institute of Technology.
