Melissa-Jane Bois, CRHA, currently serves as the HR Manager at Metro Supply Chain Group, overseeing human resources for multiple facilities across Canada since June 2018. Prior to this role, Melissa-Jane held positions as an HR Business Partner at Lumen, focusing on the Laval distribution center, and as an HR Supervisor at Metro Supply Chain Group, where responsibilities included comprehensive HR management for up to seven facilities in Quebec. Earlier in their career, Melissa-Jane worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Adecco. Melissa-Jane holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Concordia University, complemented by a minor in psychology.
