Jim Gayman

Jim Gayman has over 12 years of experience in the logistics industry. Jim currently serves as the Director of Operations - Last Mile at Metro Supply Chain, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jim was the General Manager at Metro Supply Chain from February 2020 to May 2021. Before joining Metro Supply Chain, they worked as the Operations Manager - Eastern Canada at Ziing Final Mile Inc. from April 2018 to February 2020. Jim also has experience as an Operations Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. from May 2017 to February 2018 and as a Home Delivery Manager at Fred Guy Moving & Storage Ltd. from January 2012 to May 2017. Jim began their career at Sears Canada as a Quality Assurance and Returns Associate from June 2009 to January 2012.

Jim Gayman attended A.N. Myer Secondary School from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained their high school degree. Following this, from 2005 to 2008, they enrolled at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, majoring in Architectural Technology and earning a degree in Architectural Technologist. In July 2023, Jim also obtained a Masters Certificate in Leadership from Schulich ExecEd.
