Erbil Aksu has over a decade of experience in sales and operations management at METRO Türkiye, where roles have included Head of Sales Force, Head of Customer & Operations Effectiveness, Store Manager, Business Development Manager, and Sales Force Manager. Key responsibilities involve enhancing sales force efficiency, developing digital tools, analyzing sales data, and defining performance metrics for a team exceeding 300 members. Prior to METRO Türkiye, Erbil Aksu worked as a Customer Manager and Floor Manager at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Ankara Üniversitesi and advanced studies at KAOSPILOT, ESMT Berlin, and Sabancı University.
