Esra Ceylan

Esra Ceylan is an experienced professional in human resources and people management with a robust career spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at METRO Türkiye since May 2021, Esra also held the position of Human Resources Manager there. Prior experience includes the role of Employee Experience and Human Resources Manager at Turkcell from October 2019 to May 2021, and Human Resources Specialist at TUSAN YAPI SANAYI A.Ş. from February 2019 to October 2019. Esra's career began at TESCO KİPA A.Ş., where a tenure from May 2011 to December 2017 culminated in the role of Human Resources Chief. Academically, Esra holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mersin University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business from Anadolu University, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Osmaniye Korkut Ata University, complemented by an associate degree in Food Science and Technology from Fırat University.
