Seren Usta Arısoy

Seren Usta Arısoy has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a People & Culture Business Partner/Manager at METRO Türkiye since January 2017. In this role, Seren collaborates with line managers and directors to align HR initiatives with business needs, focusing on individual development plans, talent management, organizational change, and employee engagement. Additionally, Seren leads talent acquisition efforts and acts as an ambassador for continuous improvement within the Human Resources Department. Previous experience includes a role as a Human Resources Business Partner and as a Leadership & Development Assistant Specialist at METRO Türkiye, where responsibilities included managing recruitment processes and organizing campus activities. Seren completed an internship at FMV IŞIK OKULLARI and holds a degree from Boğaziçi University.
