Kelsie Cole has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kelsie'smost recent position was as an Executive Assistant to the VP Operations at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, where they started in January 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Assistant from April 2015 to January 2018, an Event Coordinator from March 2013 to April 2015, and a Sales Coordinator from June 2012 to February 2013, all at the same company.
Before joining the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Kelsie worked at Zehrs Markets as a Front-End Supervisor and Cashier from June 2003 to April 2013. Kelsie'sresponsibilities included collecting and disbursing money, preparing daily logs and sales reports, and resolving customer concerns. Kelsie also supervised a team of approximately 20 cashiers and service clerks.
Kelsie's work experience also includes a role as a Conference Services Attendant and Banquet Server at Liberty North Event Facility from November 2011 to June 2012. In this position, they reviewed floor plans for events, coordinated schedules with the team, and followed proper service styles and techniques.
Kelsie Cole pursued their education in a chronological order. Kelsie completed their Bachelor of Tourism Management degree from Thompson Rivers University from 2010 to 2012, specializing in the field of Tourism. Prior to that, they obtained a Tourism Management Diploma from Georgian College from 2008 to 2010. In 2006 to 2008, they attended Georgian College again, earning a Hotel and Resort Administration Diploma with a focus on Hospitality.
