Previous experience includes roles as Pastry Chef at Old Mill Inn and Spa and Rubywathco, as well as a significant tenure as 1st Pastry Cook at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where Mia De Ala excelled in policy enforcement, client relations, and staff management. Educational background includes studies at George Brown College, Callebaut Academy, Melissa Coppel, and The French Pastry School, equipping Mia De Ala with extensive pastry skills and knowledge.
