Anton Kravchenko

Anton Kravchenko is an experienced Service Delivery Manager currently working at Rail Industry Worker (RIW) and Metro Trains Australia since July 2019. Prior to these roles, Anton served as IT Service Desk Team Leader at Transdev Australasia from April 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team of IT Service Desk Analysts and ensuring high-quality customer service. Anton also held the position of IT Support Engineer at Alliance Networks from May 2014 to April 2015, providing Level 2/3 support for client networks. Anton's career began at Ukrainian Post as a Leading Networks & Systems Engineer from August 2008 to September 2013, focusing on maintaining extensive local and global networks. Anton holds a Master of Engineering degree in Information Security from Kiev State University of Information and Communication Technologies, obtained in 2009.
