Andrew Dyer has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People for Network Assets & Assurance at Metro Trains Melbourne since July 2020. Prior roles include Acting Head of People and Senior People Business Partner at the same company, as well as Senior Human Resources Consultant at GCS Agile and Lead People & Culture Business Partner at AustralianSuper. Andrew's career at National Australia Bank spanned nearly eight years, where roles ranged from Senior People Partner to Head of People for Customer Services. Andrew holds a Graduate Diploma of Employee & Industrial Relations from Monash University and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of South Australia.
