Brad Britton is a seasoned Certified Residential Appraiser with extensive experience in the appraisal industry. Currently serving as a Certified Residential Appraiser at Metro-West Appraisal Co., LLC since February 2013, Brad specializes in expert witness services and compliance with State and Federal documentation procedures. As the owner of Britton Appraisal since October 2000, Brad is proficient in appraising residential properties and small multi-family units without limitations on value or complexity.
