Prior roles include Head of Financial Crime at Coventry Building Society and Senior Operations Manager - Fraud at Barclays. With a robust background in fraud strategy and risk management, Thompson has held various leadership positions at Citi and has extensive experience in developing and executing fraud prevention strategies across multiple financial institutions. Education includes a BSc Hons in Information Technology from The University of Salford.
