Sabry Ba'Alawy

Sabry Ba'Alawy began their work experience in 2015 as a Store Manager at Exclusive all name brands, where they managed merchandise, revenue, and orders. Sabry then worked as a Retail Sales Specialist at Dillard's Inc. from 2016 to 2017, where they interacted with customers and completed sales transactions. In 2017, Sabry worked as a UT caller at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, maintaining relationships with UT alumni and organizing alumni contacts. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Team Lead at Subiendo: The Academy for Rising Leaders, providing mentorship to high school juniors during a leadership camp. Sabry also worked as security staff at Austin Convention Center from 2019 to 2020. In 2019, they were a Soccer Coach and Health Instructor at IT'S TIME TEXAS, where they coached soccer skills, educated children on health habits, and facilitated tournaments. Sabry then worked as an Executive Team Lead at Subiendo: The Academy for Rising Leaders from February 2020 to August 2020, coordinating camp activities and interacting with students' families. Sabry also worked as a Behavior Therapist at Behavior Frontiers from 2020 to 2021. From 2021 to 2023, Sabry worked at Klarisana - Ketamine Therapy as a Clinical Outreach Coordinator and Outreach Assistant. Currently, they are working as a Definitive Care Coordinator at Metrocare Services, organizing access to services for individuals receiving mental health and substance use treatment.
