Humberto Becerra Aguillon

Humberto Becerra Aguillon has a diverse work experience in the field of maintenance and management. Humberto began their career as a Practicante de Mantenimiento at Ronal Group in 1999. Humberto then worked as a Lider de Mantenimiento at Industrial Powder Coating and Cordetek, where they successfully managed the relocation and start-up of production lines. In 2006, Becerra became a Coordinador de Mantenimiento at Thermotech, Inc, where they implemented preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement projects. Humberto then joined Aernnova Mexico as a Lider de Mantenimiento/Industrializacion y Utillaje in 2008, focusing on aeronautical maintenance and energy-saving projects. Becerra continued to expand their expertise by taking on the role of Supervisor de Mantenimiento at Magna International in 2015. In this position, they led the implementation of the MP9 system and supervised maintenance activities across various departments. From 2015 to 2018, Becerra served as the Maintenance Manager/Jefe de Mantenimiento at KERN-LIEBERS MEXICO, where they oversaw maintenance, facilities, automation, and plant expansion projects. Humberto also played a key role in implementing SAP-MP and IATF16949 systems. Becerra then moved on to Grupo Nacobre in 2018, where they served as the Superintendente de Mantenimiento. After leaving Nacobre, they worked as the Gerente de Mantenimiento at Weldings & Coatings de Mexico for a short period. Currently, they are working as the Maintenance Chief at Metrocolor S.A, where they are responsible for maintenance operations. Throughout their career, Becerra has proven their expertise in implementing maintenance systems, leading projects, and managing diverse processes across various industries.

Humberto Becerra Aguillon completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica de Querétaro from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a Technical Superior degree in Industrial Mechanical Maintenance at UTEQ. Furthermore, they also completed a Technical Superior degree in Maintenance at the Universidad Tecnológica de Querétaro.
