Amy Swaim, MBA, SHRM-CP is a skilled professional with a wealth of experience in human resources and administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Metrocrest Services, Amy previously held positions such as Benefits & Risk Manager and Senior Human Resources Specialist at the City of Richardson Texas. With a background in business administration and management, Amy has continuously grown in their career, taking on roles such as Senior HR Advisor and Chief Of Staff at the City of Coppell. Amy holds a Master of Business Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia College.
