María Laura Rojas

Mariana Aguirre is a professional with diverse experience in business ownership and nutrition. Currently the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, a company specializing in organic body care and environmental products since August 2020, Mariana has also served as Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana held the position of university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana completed a diploma in business management at Universidad Anahuac Online and earned a degree in food, nutrition, and well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
