Rocio Pinola

Rocio Pinola has extensive experience in operational excellence and quality management, currently serving as Gerente de Calidad y Excelencia Operacional at MetroGAS since September 2016, after progressing from roles including Jefe de Excelencia Operacional and Supervisor de operaciones. Rocio has been instrumental in leading the Management and Operational Scheduling sector, facilitating collaboration across various departments in the maintenance of natural gas networks. Prior experience at Globant involved leadership as a Team Leader managing a team of 15 consultants and serving as a functional consultant for industrial projects with notable clients such as Arcor S. A. and Johnson & Johnson. Rocio holds multiple degrees, including an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de La Plata, a Master's in Oil and Gas from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, and a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA.
