Aleksandar Lakic

Aleksandar Lakic is a senior manager with extensive experience in engagement and inclusion, training, and employee development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Metrolinx since January 2018, Aleksandar has progressed through various roles within the organization, including Manager of Training and Employee Development and Senior Training & Development Lead. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Sunwing Airlines Inc. and multiple roles at Emirates Airline, where responsibilities encompassed training and development as well as customer service management. Aleksandar holds several degrees and certificates, including a Certificate in Learning Design and a Certificate in E-learning Program Design from the University of Toronto, alongside certifications from the Institute for Performance and Learning and a Diploma in Airline Management Studies from IATA Training and Development Institute. Additionally, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management was obtained from Alpha University.
