Billy Chung

Billy Chung, MBA, CPA, CMA, has extensive experience in financial management and strategy, currently serving as Strategy Manager in the Payments Division at Metrolinx since February 2013. Previous roles at Metrolinx include Product Owner of the PRESTO Central System and Senior Product Manager. Prior to Metrolinx, Billy Chung worked at Accenture for nearly nine years in various financial and change management roles, including Financial Tools Deployment Specialist. Early career experiences include positions at Toron Capital Markets, the University of Toronto, The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited, The ALEA Group, and CIBC Wood Gundy. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and a CMA designation from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario.
