David Chong Liu

David Chong Liu, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned financial professional with significant experience in senior financial analysis and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Corporate Controller Division and previously in Marketing Operations at Metrolinx since April 2017, David has also held senior financial analyst roles at the Canadian Red Cross and served as an Experienced Associate at PwC Canada. His earlier career includes positions as an Audit Manager at Huayihe CPAs LLP and as a Senior Associate and Associate at PwC. David holds an MBA with a focus on Accounting and Finance from the Odette School of Business, a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Southampton, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution. David has been a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada since May 2015.
