Keith Sheardown

Keith Sheardown has extensive work experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on operational excellence, maintenance delivery, and customer service. Keith currently holds the position of Vice President - Operational Excellence at Metrolinx, where they previously served as Vice President - Maintenance Delivery. Prior to their time at Metrolinx, Sheardown worked at New Flyer Industries as Lead Consultant - LifeTime Care Solutions. Keith also held various leadership roles at Bombardier, including General Manager - Technology Solutions, General Manager - Business Development, Services, General Manager - Operations & Maintenance, General Manager - Material Solutions, and General Manager - Customer Service, North America. Sheardown's earlier career includes positions at Orion Bus Industries and Parts Enroute.
