Lisa Ritchie

Lisa Ritchie has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and management roles. Lisa is currently the Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Total Rewards at Metrolinx, starting in September 2023. From 2017 to 2023, they were the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at IG Wealth Management, where they built the talent acquisition team and framework. Prior to that, they had various roles at Match Marketing Group, including Vice President of Human Resources, North America.
