Oana M.

Oana M. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and infrastructure project management. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Strategy & Practice at Metrolinx since April 2023, Oana previously held the position of Programmatic Commercial Director for LRT. Oana has worked at Infrastructure Ontario in several roles, including Rapid Transit Commercial Director and Director of Civil Infrastructure from December 2018 to April 2023, and Senior Project Manager from October 2013 to May 2018. Earlier career experience includes positions as Commercial Manager at Miller Group, Assistant Project Manager at MHPM Project Managers Inc., Project Coordinator at Pivotal Projects Inc., and Project Coordinator at MMC International Architects. Oana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Alternative Dispute Resolution from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Architectural Science in Project Management from Ryerson University.
