Rahul Sharda

Rahul Sharda is an experienced professional currently serving as Product Owner for Digital Customer Channels at Metrolinx since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing customer service initiatives, managing satisfaction surveys, and prioritizing customer experience action plans. Previous roles at Metrolinx include Senior Analyst in Customer Experience Strategy, Implementation Coordinator, and intern positions in Client Management and Business Development. Rahul has also gained experience in sales at Foot Locker and undertaken various internships focused on strategic business planning and risk management.
