Santiago Bustillos, PMP, has extensive experience in project and construction management, currently serving as Senior Manager (A) of Third Party Railways Commercial Management at Metrolinx since August 2019. Responsibilities include developing contract management systems and monitoring contract performance to ensure operational success. Prior roles at Metrolinx included Construction Contract Administrator, where Santiago administered multimillion-dollar projects and enforced quality assurance requirements. Previous experience at EllisDon encompassed various project management positions, including Assistant Project Manager and Field Engineer, contributing to significant projects such as the Regional Express Rail Stouffville Stations and vivaNext Programs.
