Spencer Christina Markham

Spencer Christina Markham is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Strategic Advisor in the Office of the Chief HR Officer at Metrolinx, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Spencer worked as an HR Business Advisor and HR Program Advisor within the Strategic Human Resources Branch of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, where extensive responsibilities included fostering client partnerships, conducting HR assessments, and developing strategic solutions.
