Mercy Kamps (Carrasco) has a strong background in law and human resources, with extensive experience in various leadership roles in companies such as Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, SCI, and Haynes and Boone, LLP. Mercy holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, in Political Science and Spanish from Baylor University.
