Wishnu Bagoes Oka

Wishnu Bagoes Oka is an experienced professional in corporate performance and financial management, currently serving as the Manager of Corporate Performance at Metrolinx since September 2016. In this role, Wishnu leads the annual operating budget planning process, negotiates government funding, and coordinates the development of the public-facing annual business plan. Previous positions at Metrolinx include Senior Manager of Budget Planning & Analysis and Senior Financial Analyst, where support was provided to senior management in operating budget development and federal funding negotiations. Prior experience includes serving as an Economist at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat, a Research Analyst at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure, and a Research Assistant at the Regional and City Infrastructure System Research Group in Indonesia. Academic qualifications include a Master of Public Service from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, along with graduate-level coursework at Harvard Extension School and the University of Iowa.
