Hanny Callejas has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2010, Hanny worked as a Maintenance Intern at Belcorp. From there, they moved on to Universidad de los Andes - Colombia, where they served as a Research Assistant, focusing on the design and building of a wind charger prototype.

In 2013, Hanny joined Genser Power as an Applications Engineer. In this role, they developed a methodology and tool to evaluate various power plant alternatives, improving the efficiency of analysis and prefeasibility report delivery. Additionally, they conducted over 100 technical prefeasibility analyses for auto- and cogeneration projects.

In 2017, Hanny worked as an R+D+i Project Promoter at Tecnoparque SENA - Engineering and Design, partnering with Sena to promote research, development, and innovation projects.

Most recently, starting in 2018, Hanny became part of the team at METRON. As the Operations Manager COL, they led a team and managed interactions with international teams. Their responsibilities included implementing and ensuring the benefits of Metron's solution on industrial clients in Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina, as well as validating technical proposals.

Hanny Callejas has a strong academic background in engineering and renewable energy. Hanny obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, specializing in Conversion of Energy and Electrical Generation. Hanny continued their education at the same university and received a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering. During their Master's program, Hanny focused their research on renewable energy.

Furthermore, Hanny Callejas has pursued additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. In June 2021, they obtained a certification in Management from Nouvelle Vague, an institution known for its expertise in this field. Additionally, in August 2021, they became a Certified Measurement & Verification Professional, which was granted by the Association of Energy Engineers.
