Jonathan CARMIGNAC

Jonathan Carmignac has a solid work experience, starting in 2013 with their role as an Energy Efficiency Engineer at E.ON France Energy Solutions. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as an Energy Operation & Digitalisation Engineer before being promoted to Operations Manager at METRON, where they built and managed a team of energy engineers. In 2020, they took on the role of Operational Excellence Manager, focusing on standardizing good practices and leading a project to enhance team skills through digital learning. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Learning and Development (L&D) at METRON, where they are responsible for implementing a new Learning Management System.

Jonathan Carmignac completed their education at EPF Engineering School from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste with a focus on Energy Management and Systems Technology/Technician. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Jean Monnet - La Queue lez Yvelines from 2007 to 2010 and earned their Baccalauréat in the field of scientifique - Physique Chimie. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Ambassadeur Pro MyCO2 from MyCO2 par Carbone 4 in February 2023, Concevoir et animer une action de formation from Manitude in December 2021, Process Communication® from Lyndia Lesauvage in December 2021, Public Speaking in Theater from Lyndia Lesauvage in December 2021, Management - Nouvelle Vague from NUMA in May 2021, and Digital Learning - Créez des cours engageants from 360Learning in March 2021.
