Ashley Christy

Ashley Christy has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership roles. Ashley currently works at MetroPlusHealth as the VP of Business Transformation. Prior to that, they were the VP of Client Operations at EmpiRx Health where they built and executed strategies for service operations and implementation functions. Ashley also worked at Cigna as a Senior Director of Shared Services and Operations, where they established a backend support function for the legal team and spearheaded the development of the compliance program. Ashley also has experience as a Senior Director of Operating Effectiveness at CareAllies and a Director of Implementation at QualCare Inc., where they led various projects and teams. Before transitioning into the healthcare industry, Ashley worked as a Court Clerk and Residential Counselor at Carrier Clinic and an Administrative Assistant at Colon Surgery & Proctology Associates.

Ashley Christy obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Justice Studies from Saint Elizabeth University in the years 2004-2008. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015.
