Brindha Sridhar

Brindha Sridhar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brindha is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience Strategy at MetroPlusHealth, where they drive customer strategy and aligns deliverables to customer values. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Customer Experience at the same company, where they improved CAHPS scores, increased Google ratings, and transformed the organization's mindset around customer experience. Brindha also held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Exact Sciences, where they designed a comprehensive customer experience strategy and led the implementation of patient adherence and retention strategies. At UCB Pharma, Brindha served as the Director of Patient Experience, leading teams in understanding patient value creation and promoting innovation methodologies. Brindha also held the position of Head of North America Med Affairs Operations, where they launched a new medical affairs function and managed a team. Prior to UCB Pharma, Brindha held roles at UCB as the Business Model Innovation Director and Business Model Innovation- New Journey Board Member, where they developed innovative approaches to product marketing and conducted strategic planning for innovation. Brindha also has extensive experience in global supply chain and manufacturing roles at UCB, where they optimized delivery and inventory control, revamped product distribution strategies, and managed relationships with stakeholders. Throughout their career, Brindha has demonstrated a strong focus on customer experience, innovation, and strategic leadership.

Brindha Sridhar completed an MBA in Global Executive Management from IESE Business School in 2011. In 2014, they obtained a Health Care Compliance Certification from Seton Hall University School of Law. Brindha also holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University.
