Ratemo Brown

Ratemo Brown is a skilled communications professional with extensive experience in customer experience and media roles. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Officer at Metropol Corporation Limited since August 2022, Ratemo previously worked at Metropol TV Kenya as a Transmission Controller and Studio Technical Operator from February 2020 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a Public Relations Practitioner role with Nairobi City County in early 2018 and an internship at the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology - KNA in 2014. Ratemo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, as well as a Diploma in Communication and Media Studies from the same institution. Proficient in writing and editing articles in business and technology, Ratemo also possesses strong skills in capturing and editing video content and photography.
