Mikko Jäkälä

Mikko Jäkälä is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational management, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences since September 2019. Previous roles include HR Manager at Pohjolan Voima from August 2010 to June 2019, where responsibilities encompassed group-level HR and security management, and Managing Director/CEO at Proma-Palvelut Oy, overseeing the reorganization of business operations.
